All volunteers regardless of age must have completed the following forms online:
1 - Volunteer Application Form & Code of Conduct Agreement
2- Photo/Video Release & Waiver
3- Accident Waiver & Release of Liability.
You do NOT need the background check if you are aged 17 and under.
